Under competent leadership, the motivating and dynamic faculty extends education beyond conventional boundaries. Facilitating enriching experiences, the Gurukul teachers are essentially equipped with the qualities of the head and heart. They acknowledge different learning abilities, needs and styles of students and seek to optimize their learning by addressing individual requirements in a very positive and an all-inclusive manner. Regular in-service training and orientation programmes are organized for teachers to equip them with life skills such as team building, stress management, conflict management etc. Competent, astute and unconventional, they encourage the new generation not just to follow, but to overtake.
Facilities
The Gurukul encompasses the best of infrastructure, matching international standards, for the young learners.
Each block comprises big, airy, colour based classrooms with sparkling clean washrooms. We have temperature controlled centrally air conditioned campus.
The aesthetically designed Activity Room, the Story Telling Corner, the Junior Gymnasium and the big spacious well-stocked library are the favourite haunts of all young learners.
The well-equipped Science Laboratories, the state-of-the-art Computer Lab, Math Lab and Language Lab enable individualized practical learning.
The GPS enabled mini-deluxe coaches with three cameras and a lady attendant each, make commuting to and fro from school extremely safe. We offer SMS alerts/notifications and live tracking about the estimated time of arrival of the school bus and its real time tracking to the parents. We have air-conditioned buses.
The school campus also has HD CCTV cameras covering each and every strategic area including all corridors and entries to the washrooms. Special care is taken to appoint only female attendants and janitors for the primary wing.
The highly futuristic ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) under NITI Aayog, Govt. of India in Sector 20 and Zirakpur branches and the state of the art Robotic Labs provide a dynamic platform that builds interest and confidence in science and technology through imagination, investigation and interaction.
Extensive sports facility of international standards is provided. Training in Basketball, Table Tennis, Chess, Badminton, Swimming, Martial Arts, Skating, Cricket, Athletics, Football, Table Soccer, Lawn Tennis, Gymnastics etc. is provided under experts.The well equipped infirmary with suitably qualified medical staff deals with day to day medical problems of the students while for emergencies, our tie-up with Global Secure Ltd. company ensures on-call a state-of-the-art, fully equipped Ambulance with latest facilities and well trained para-medical staff.

The installation of Solar Panels at The Gurukul,Panchkula and Zirakpur is a step towards sustainable practice coupled with eco consciousness.
The school’s Eco-Club, Peace Club, Health ahd Wellness Club, Heritage Club and Legal Literacy Club are actively involved in organising awareness rallies and special campaigns on various issues of societal and environmental concern.
